Minimum of Four People on Selection Committee

Copies of applications to all selection committee people with applicant’s names blanked out. Originals to President.

Applications to be graded by each person on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest. Score to be initialed.

Applicants graded on interview and remarks sheet scored 1 to 10 and initialed.

The Thomas P. McCann Scholarship

VHS Crew Team Member

The friends of Vineland Crew Parents Association will be awarding a $500 scholarship to a graduating male and a graduating female who has been a member of the VHS Crew Team all 4 years of their high school career. This award will be presented to a VHS Crew Team member who has above average grades in high school and plans to further their education at a 2- or 4- year college/university or a vocational/technical school. Over the course of their 4 years, the rowers/coxswains must display leadership, character and willingness to foster good sportsmanship. Candidates will also be interviewed by members the VHS Crew Scholarship Committee.
